The charming semi-detached house "Santa Cristina" is a cozy and comfortable vacation rental situated at 430 meters above sea level in Ficulle, Italy. It has been renovated and boasts a shared garden of 1,000 square meters, an above-ground swimming pool (6 x 4 meters, depth of 1.4 meters, available seasonally from May 1 to October 15), an outdoor shower, garden furniture, a barbecue area, and parking spaces for two cars on the premises. Enjoy the convenience of having amenities like Internet WiFi, a yard, and a swimming pool during your stay.  
  
Outdoors  
Unwind in the shared garden spanning 1,000 square meters, complete with an above-ground swimming pool (6 x 4 meters, depth of 1.4 meters) that is available seasonally from May 1 to October 15\. Relax in the outdoor seating area with garden furniture or fire up the barbecue for an alfresco dining experience. An outdoor shower is also available for your convenience.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 5-room house that spans across 3 levels with a total area of 130 square meters. The comfortable and tasteful furnishings include 1 double bedroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is an exit from the kitchen leading to the garden and swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and WC, including a hydro massage bath. Moving up to the upper floor via a spiral staircase, there is a dining room with an exit leading to the garden and terrace, along with another double bedroom and a separate shower room with a bidet and WC. The 2nd upper floor features a living room with a TV (flat screen), another double bedroom, an open gallery with 2 beds, and an additional shower room with a bidet and WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. These include a washing machine, mosquito net, and internet (WiFi). Additionally, the property allows 1 pet or dog to accompany you. For outdoor enjoyment, there is a barbecue area, and the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and microwave for your convenience. A television (flat screen) is provided in the living room for entertainment. The bathroom also features a Jacuzzi bathtub, offering a luxurious spa-like experience. The maximum capacity of the property is 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms available.
