About this space  
Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located in La Magdalena, one step away from any point of interest in Ferrol, 15 minutes from the beach, shopping area, and restaurant area.  
A very comfortable and quiet accommodation that has parking for one car included and an outdoor terrace.  
  
The space  
The accommodation is located in the city center on the 1st floor.  
The apartment is newly renovated (2022) has a double room with a double bed and another double room with 2 twin beds.  
It has 1 complete bathroom with a shower tray and a large kitchen with all the comforts, electrical appliances, utensils, etc.  
The living/dining room has a large table with capacity for 4 people, TV and WiFi.  
  
The price of this accommodation includes a covered and guarded parking space  
It has electric heating (for more information see "Other important details")  
An excellent accommodation with all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay in Ferrol.

This apartment is rented in its entirety and will be completely available to our guests.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!  
This accommodation has heating by means of electric radiators enabled from November to April.  
Appealing to responsible use as part of a climate and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest winter months fluctuate between 6 and 15 degrees, we will have heating available in two time slots, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, and maintaining always a temperature that oscillates between 18 and 20 degrees.  
The maximum lighting time is limited to between 4 and 6 hours a day depending on the weather and can be chosen by the guests.It is important to understand that heating an accommodation like ours, of 196 m², is not the same as heating a smaller room such as a hotel room (15 m²).
