We rented this for my husbands birthday. The hot tub, sauna, and location make it perfect whether you are a skier or not! Our best friends came with their 6 month old, and it was totally doable- pack and play and high chair present at facility. Stocked with every spice, dish, kids dishes, and appliance, blender, waffle makers etc. they welcomed us with treats and a hat, my husband was so pleased. Communication was excellent! We had communicated several times in our vacation and Stephen got back to us almost immediately every time. We had only booked the place for 6 but had another couple join us and also we asked for an early check in and both times he was very accommodating and no extra charge. The chalet was in an excellent location relative to the hill and was well appointed with things like spices and coffee. The hot tub was massive and easily fit everyone staying and the bbq area and cedar barrel sauna was well used. We definitely will book this chalet for our ski trip to fernie next year.
