Our home has two bedrooms and an open concept living space with hotel quality linens, comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy downtown views & attractions, while being minutes away from trails, parks and the infamous Fernie Alpine Resort. Steps from our door, you will find an abundance of shops, cafes, galleries & restaurants. Our central location makes our listing the perfect place to enjoy Fernie to the fullest. 2 Bedroom/1 full bath, modern condo, in the heart of Fernie's historic main street of 2nd avenue. The condo sleeps 4 people comfortably, with a master bedroom and queen bed, with a second bedroom hosting double bunk beds. There is also a storage garage at the back of the building for your use, where you can store your gear for every mountain activity. Your private garage is located on the right and has its own unique padlock and code. Please do not bring mountain bikes, skis or sports gear into the actual building. As for parking, street parking is free and available on a first come, first serve basis in both the front, side and rear of the building. During winter months, overnight parking is free in two downtown designated parking lot areas. Please enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to contact, Yvonne, our property manager for any and all of your needs during your stay in Fernie. Access to the condo is reached via 2nd avenue in the front of the building, above and to the left hand side of, "Grow: Children's Boutique." Storage, again, is in the back of the building, garage to the right, and can be accessed via your own personal entry code. The condo is located on the main drag of Fernie's history downtown site. The condo is located above a very quiet children's store, which closes each evening by 5 pm. There is a second suite above and next door, which is currently tenanted by the owners. Suites are 100 % sound proof from one another and offer a peaceful surrounding in which to rest. However, please note that Fernie’a downtown runs along a train line. What a wonderful place to stay. The unit is spacious quiet, clean and well appointed. First off the location is right in the middle of historic downtown Fernie. Right off your doorstep there are great local restaurants and shops. Big Bang Bagel and Rooftop Roasters are awesome places to start your day. For an incredible meal you must visit Himalayan Spice Bistro. For leisure there are lots of places to visit whether it’s biking, hiking or hanging at the beach within 30 minutes at most of your stay.
