The heated floor in the ski room downstairs is perfect to dry equipment. Our beds were very comfortable. Our favourite features were the hot tub and fireplace. The street was quiet with 3 vehicle parking and private view to the back. Everyone walking in the area was friendly and kind. Such a relaxing place. We don’t feel this was a ski in/out location. The snow is waist deep on the incline from the back trail up to the lower level hot tub/back door. There are also trees growing in the only possible space. Our adult group could not climb up. Nice open floor plan and great amenities, including a foosball table, new hot tub, huge equipment room for all the gear, fire pit outside, and nice deck furniture. The rental agency was very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. A hiccup that we experienced during our stay was looked after with care. A couple extra things that may not be apparent in the listing but might be nice to know: there is a decent sized yard for kids to play in, there is a portable fan in every room which may be nice during the summer, the hot tub has a child safety lock, and the kitchen is quiet well stocked with the basics. ##### Shelley F.
