Thank you for your feedback, the we are located right off of a main highway in BC. unfortunately sometimes it can be busy, but it does quiet down after 9pm. We hope you give us a chance again in the future.

the room was normal size and confort too. the big issue was the noise! we heard everything that happens outside the room, and at 7am when some trucks start their engine to warmup for almost 25min, it was very unpleasant

The rooms had everything you need although tight for space. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Convenient to take our bikes to fairy springs waterfall, some really nice bike trails and walking trails

I had the privilege of talking to the owner and the manager. They were friendly and open to suggestions. With regard to Fernie British Columbia finding a good hotel at a reasonable price is a challenge. This hotel for people who care about their budget is an excellent option. The owner has invested in the comfort of his guests such as new beds. The floors were clean and an excellent condition. The fact that there's no carpet in the units can mean a little bit noisier if you are on the bottom floor. But if you want quiet room the top floor is excellent. Our state was quiet and relaxing comfortable and we got a good night's rest which I believe is the best goal.

We were there for KIJHL hockey and this property is within walking distance. There are also eatery's nearby. The only negative really was the quality of the bed. We were only there for 1 night so was ok.

I know this is a hotel on the budget friendly spectrum when I booked it, but I did not expect to have a bathtub that still have other people’s hair left it in. And the laminate on the bath tub is “bubbling up” when I step into the tub for a shower, there is a bump of material separated from the tub itself. Mattress was thin and I could almost felt the springs that’s supporting me. No duvet was provided; a wool blanket was sandwich between a flat sheet and a cover sheet. In the middle of the night, the microwave’s plug some how got loose from the wall plug(perhaps from the light vibration from the mini fridge) and made a beeping sound which woke me up. Walls are very thin, I could hear the person using the toilette next door to me. Budget friendly, yes, but that’s about it

Good location, staff was friendly. Ski shuttle access was very convenient. The room had an unpleasant odour, and the floors and front of toilet were not clean (pee stains).
