"Check in was not available at the scheduled time (3pm). They were short staffed and housekeeping was behind on rooms. I wasn’t able to check in until close to 8pm. The front desk clerk did extend my checkout by 2 hours. But, I still feel the check in process was unacceptable—especially since I came from out of town."

"Pleasant entryway, Caring staff (Addie!), Room was clean, typical wear and tear. initially had a room where several items were not to our liking. The staff member (Addie) work with us to correct the issue and we were moved to a new room. She will initiate repairs to the first room. All was good after that."

"Great property! Very well maintained. Anything you could want is in this house. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous mature trees. Easy to find and get around. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. This is the second time we have stayed in one of Xiangs properties. She is very good at communication and helping with any little issue that might come up. We will definitely look for her properties again when we are in the area."
