Two bedroom, 1 bath located above retail furniture store. Just steps from the scenic Riverwalk, great shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Next door to A Center for the Arts for the culture seekers. Directly across the street from the brand new Otter Cove children’s museum! Fun for the whole family! The space Spacious two bedroom apartment overlooking the main business street in Fergus Falls. The bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom. Private entrance to the apartment is just up a flight of steps. Other things to note Parking on Lincoln Ave is permitted during the day with easy access to the apartment . It was cheaper than a hotel and we had way more space and comfort than a hotel. Check-in was super easy with codes. Neighbors were quiet! The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms. Not a deal breaker for me because it was myself and a friend. But if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or in the morning when they are sleeping, note that you will be walking through their room. Parking is in the back of the store (entrance door is in front of the store) but you can walk through the store during hours. There's a children's museum and bookstore right across the street, a '70s diner down the block, a Mexican restaurant behind the apartment, and more.
