Check in automated, but the key box was broken and it took me 30 on the phone with IT to get the keys. When I entered the apartment a water leak in the city had destroyed a chunk of the ceiling and there was a mess of drywall and dirty water on the floor. The firm tried to relocate me an hour away before promising to clean up and repair the problem while I was out, but maintenance never arrived. We had to book a hotel nearby. These people are incompetent

Excellent value — a very thoughtfully decorated and well-maintained apartment, effective air conditioning, blackout curtains in every room — really helped the vacation to feel like a “treat”! I did feel their app / web portal had “quite a lot” baked in it which could feel intimidating at first — vs. a “easy button” version at the top for simple functions like lock/unlock door — but would absolutely consider other Hyatus properties in the future!

We had a two night reservation. Shortly, after unpacking on the first day, we noticed the telephone was not working. We reported it to the front desk immediately. We were told it would be reported and corrected that day on the second morning. The telephone still was not working and also the toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush. I decided to go to the front desk and report the toilet condition ask for an extra bath towel and see the status of the phone repair. The woman at the front desk was the same woman my wife spoke to the day previous morning about the phone. It was only then she filled out the request for the phone request. The carried the towel back to the room. Shortly thereafter a staff member came to the room and fixed the toilet. He also looked at the phone and said he could not fix the phone. When we checked out the lady at the front desk, who also was the same lady we dealt with before neglected to ask us if we had a good stay neglected to ask us if the room was OK . She neglected to do anything but take the final payment and say thank you.
