However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel." The manager Jelly, who is incredibly helpful and passionate about her work. She speaks very good English and was always willing to assist with any questions I had. The front desk team — Cady, Yoyo, and Tia — were also very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay.
