The Blechnerhof is a cozy three-family house located in Hinterfalkau, Germany, situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level. This holiday rental offers a peaceful and sunny setting on a sloping terrain, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac just 3 kilometers from the lake. It boasts a yard, internet Wi-Fi, parking facilities, and an installment payment plan for your convenience.  
  
Outdoors  
Nestled above Falkau, the property enjoys a tranquil and sun-drenched position on a hillside. While the motor access is a 100-meter bumpy and steep stretch, the surroundings offer ample opportunities for outdoor adventures. A children's playground is conveniently located just 500 meters away, and a minigolf course is within the same proximity. Cross-country ski trails and a ski lift are nearby, with the latter situated 2.5 kilometers from the property.

The property is situated in a cul-de-sac, ensuring a peaceful environment. Amenities such as a shop and a supermarket are located 2 kilometers and 4 kilometers away, respectively. Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop and a railway station, both named "Altglashütten-Falkau," located 1.5 kilometers from the property. The owner resides in a separate semi-detached house and does not accept youth groups.

You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that covers an area of 73 square meters and is situated on the 1st floor. The living/dining room features sloping ceilings, providing a cozy atmosphere, and is equipped with 2 sleeping facilities, a dining table, and satellite TV. Additionally, there is a direct exit to the balcony from this room. The apartment also includes 2 separate bedrooms, one with a french bed and the other with a french bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. The apartment has a shower/WC for your convenience. Electric heating ensures a comfortable temperature throughout your stay, and the floors are carpeted. Outside, you'll find a balcony with furniture, offering beautiful panoramic views. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available, and one reserved parking spot is provided for your vehicle. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment, but up to 3 pets/dogs are allowed. For your safety, a smoke alarm has been installed.
