On completely fenced property of 600sqm at guest's disposal there are well maintained garden with private swimming pool of 24sqm, spacious covered terrace with lounge area and with open dining area for 8 guests, sun chairs, portable barbecue, trampoline and 2 covered private parking spaces. House Leticia extends on 200sqm, on two floors. On the ground floor there is spacious living room with an access to the terrace and garden, modern and well-equipped kitchen with spacious dining area for 8 guests, one shower/toilet, one double bed bedroom with an access to the terrace and swimming pool, and children's playroom. On the first floor there are three double bed bedrooms and one large bath/toilet. House is equipped with two air condition, one on the ground floor living room and one in the hallway on the upper floor. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. Wir waren zu 8\. mit 2 Familien für zwei Wochen hier. Es war wirklich herrlich. Das Haus ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt neben den 4 Schlafzimmern sogar ein eigenes Spielzimmer für die Kinder. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist im EG mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse und Pool, ein Traum. Der Aussenbereich mit Garten Pool und großer überdachter Terrasse ist ideal. Es gibt einen Grill mit allem Zubehör, einen Bollerwagen und 4 Fahrräder die wir regelmäßig genutzt haben um an den Strand zu fahren (5 Min.) zu Fuß etwa 15 Min. 100 Meter entfernt ist ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein paar Meter weiter ein hervorragendes Restaurant. Daniel, der Hausbesitzer, war nett und lieferte uns fast kontaktlos neue Wäsche und Bettlaken. Auch der Garten war toll und von den Nachbarn nicht einsehbar. Dadurch waren wir die ganze Zeit nur für uns. Der naheliegende Supermarkt war zudem perfekt, um morgens Brot zu kaufen. Wir haben im Juni zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus Leticia gewohnt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität und wurden nicht verschönert. Ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt ums Eck ist für den täglichen Einkauf ausreichend. Selbst Obst und Gemüse, eine kleine Auswahl an Wurst / Fleisch und Käse ist dort erhältlich. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder sind in einem guten Zustand. Der Weg zum Strand ist bequem zu Fuß in 15 min zu bewältigen. Insektenschutzgitter wären an Fenstern und Türen wünschenswert um die Mücken fernzuhalten. Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hat uns in jeder Angelegenheit weitergeholfen.
