Our home offers the ideal vacation destination for anyone looking to enjoy good food, great sights and maybe even a Razorback game. During your stay, you'll have access to our cozy living room, a fully stocked kitchen and everything Fayetteville has to offer. The Space: Highlights: ★ 0.3 miles to the Razorback Greenway trailhead! ★ Near restaurants like Wood Stone Craft Pizza, Arsaga's Mill District, Mamaka Bowls and Prairie St. Bar and Grill. ★ 0.5 miles from Downtown Fayetteville! ★ 0.5 miles from the University of Arkansas. ★ Modern home with luxury amenities! ★ Bright, open floor plan with plenty of natural light. ★ Sleeps 5! ★ 3 beds - 2 Queen and 1 Twin bed. ★ Fully stocked kitchen with high-end amenities, cookware and supplies. ★ Board and card games available! ★ Small patio off the living room. ★ Washer and dryer for guest use! Upon entering our home, you'll be greeted by our staircase, which leads to the second and third floors. On the second floor, enjoy our open-concept kitchen, living room and dining area! Directly at the top of the stairs, you'll see our fully stocked kitchen. Here, you'll find plenty of built-in storage as well as everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked goods. Between the kitchen and the living room, you'll find four barstools overlooking the kitchen. Our bright, ultra-cozy living space has a gray couch, two leather lounge chairs, a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV and an entertainment center full of games. Behind the couch, you'll see a six-top dining table with blue velvet chairs. From here, you'll also have access to our porch area. When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our three beds: (1) Our Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 40-inch Vizio Smart TV and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen-size bed on the bottom and a Twin-size bed on the top, a closet, a dresser, a 32-inch Vizio Smart TV and a nearby bath. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, etc. There are plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. We were very comfortable staying there! Parking in the garage was a nice addition too!
