With direct access to the nearby bike trail and the University of Arkansas just minutes away, this is the perfect home base for exploring everything Fayetteville has to offer. The Space: Designed for comfort and convenience, this thoughtfully appointed home provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere—ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers looking to experience Fayetteville like a local. \- Two-story layout \- Washer and dryer \- Private assigned parking spot directly in front of the unit Featured Amenities \- High-speed Wi-Fi \- Luxurious bed linens and ultra-plush towels \- Fold-out couch in living room \- Fully stocked kitchen with K-Cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cookware \- Detergent and dryer sheets provided Guest Access: A code will be provided to access the front door. You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements.
