It’s just 2.5 miles from the University of Arkansas and a quick drive to Dickson Street, local restaurants, craft breweries, live music, and all that downtown Fayetteville has to offer. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property. We have stayed on different homes while visiting our daughter in Arkansas, but this one takes the 5 stars with icing on the top! Everything was as described, and all the beds, sheets, and towels were of high quality. We believe that, if we are going to be away from out home, the place should be as good or better. Well, this place had that feel of a place you just don’t want leave from. Claire was very promptly with her responses through the check in and check out process. The instructions were clear, the location is awesome, with restaurants very near, and supermarkets including Harper’s and Walmart within 3 minutes from the house. Also, I can’t forget to mention the cleanliness of the place, and the great decoration taste. I will definitely stay here again if possible, whenever we plan to come visit our daughter in the near future. Thank you for making our trip extra special!
