You won’t be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released. As long as no property damage occurs during your stay, we’ll initiate a release of the hold placed on your card 7 days after your checkout. Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in. Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. Lastly, the shower curtain liner is fabric and needed a toss in the washing machine. Very minor things but attention to detail is important for the price we paid. Greeted with a welcome note and bottle of wine! Only two things I would give feedback on - there isn’t an iron - not a deal breaker by any means but just so happened I needed one this trip. Also, lots of ice in the parking area - would have been great to have it salted as it was VERY slippery to walk on. But I’ll definitely stay here again. Lovely rental!!! ##### Shelley R. Can’t wait to stay here again!! Great place. Only downfall is the parking. You have a designated parking space, which the management company warns you to only use a small vehicle, but the spot is for a “little” compact car. We purposely left the SUV at home and brought our sedan. We still were over the sidewalk and fortunately only received a warning from the Fayetteville police dept. Maybe if they moved the parking up 6 inches, most sedans would be within the lines. Do let the management company know the size of your vehicle, the management company will work something out and make sure you’re covered. Only thing not perfect was the parking. It was pretty tight even for my Honda Accord. We did get a warning for blocking the sidewalk, even though we pulled as close to the parking block as we could without tearing up the under side of my car. And the location in town cannot be beat - it was close to our daughter's apartment, Dickson St., and campus.
