Located only 3.0 miles to the University of Arkansas, Dickson Street, the Walton Arts Center and the Fayetteville square! Very convenient central location to all attractions in Northwest Arkansas including shopping, restaurants, bike trails and local breweries! The Space: \- Self check in \- Fully stocked kitchen \- Oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig \- Open concept kitchen and living room \- Ceiling fans in every bedroom \- Washer and dryer \- Two car garage and large driveway Featured amenities \- High speed wifi \- 55in LED Smart TV in living room \- 40in LED Smart TV in master bedroom \- Luxurious bed linens \- Ultra plush towels \- Kcups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, cookware \- Detergent and dryer sheets Guest Access: A code will be provided to access the home. The house is about a 10-15 min drive to the University. Some parts of the neighborhood are run down but over all it was a cute modest neighborhood and it was very quiet and safe. The house itself was so clean, cute and so comfy and really did had everything we needed and I did fully cook several times during our stay. I also did laundry and had two college freshman girls staying with me off and on to shower and rest - which it was perfect for. The yard could use a some TLC but, it was so nice to have a little yard. Driveway fit 2 cars easily and you can park in the one car garage with ease. Went to one of the restaurants listed in the welcome packet and it was great. I would absolutely stay in this place again while visiting Fayetteville, it really did have everything we needed! ##### Katie B.
