This Warm & Welcoming Cutie boasts a KING-BED Owner's Suite, two SINGLE-BEDS in a 2d Bedroom & a QUEEN-BED & a Standard-Size CRIB in the 3d Bedroom.

You will be able to whip up a great meal in the fully-stocked Kitchen, relax in the cozy Living Room, get some work done in the Workplace area, and enjoy a roomy Laundry Room.

Guests will enjoy a nice selection of Folgers coffee, decaf, creamer, and varied flavors of tea. Guests will also enjoy the self check-in, check-out & full access to the entire house except a locked supply closet in the Guest Bathroom.

Our neighborhood is a well-established, safe and quiet place that offers a Family-friendly, Military-friendly atmosphere. We are conveniently located close to numerous wedding venues, Fort Liberty & downtown Fayetteville.

- Only dogs allowed; 2 MAX & under 20 pounds each; $25 fee per dog/per day or $125 per stay (whichever is less).

- Absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside the house/garage or within 10ft from any entry point.

- Absolutely NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers on the property. Only Guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed at the house.  Any visitors MUST be pre-approved before arriving.

- An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab. Please read it in its entirety to ensure our property will be the best fit for your stay.

** Fixed-monthly 'Short-Term Rental' rate available instead of regular pricing - $2,275/per month on 30-day increments up to 60 days. Pricing includes the following: Electric, Water, Trash, YouTube Live subscription, Internet, Pest Control & Lawn Service! Guests will have to maintain the house at a reasonable level of cleanliness while living it, then at the end of the long stay, the cleaning fee will be $200 for a deep clean. There will be a one-time pet fee of $150 instead of the daily rate **

Clean, quiet and comfy
We are 3 females traveling to attend a weekend event in Fayetteville. We stayed 2 nights. The house was clean and the temperature perfect as it was pretty hot outside. All 3 rooms had super comfy beds and crisp clean sheets. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

Just as described and fabulous
I stayed here with my adult son who was recovering from surgery which meant we spent a lot of time in the house. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and furniture were comfortable. I had to work remotely while there and had plenty of space at the dining table for this. The neighborhood was quiet, and I walked every morning and even met some other neighborhood walkers. It's close to shopping and Ft Liberty. The host was very responsive. She took care of any issues immediately. the internet did go down but that was due to Spectrum not the home wi-fi. I would definitely stay here again!

Home exceptionally clean. Minor issue.with Internet connection, but was resolved the next day. I highly recommend this location. The cost of staying far out weighed staying in a hotel considering the accomodations, privacy and overall attentiveness of property manager.

A True Gem
We can’t say enough about our stay at this property. From our initial booking, to communications with the host regarding questions and some special requests, to the property and space itself, it was the perfect fit for us. We stayed with our granddaughters, ages 1&3. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Big conveniences like a high chair and crib and lots of small touches like games and ready to brew coffee. A true gem and perfect for our needs. The home is clean and the host was very responsive to any questions we had. Very accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be back when we visit again!

Great location & super comfortable
Friends and I were attending an event at McCormick Farms so we knew the location was perfect, a quiet neighborhood only five minutes from the venue but still close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and Ft. Bragg. Upon our arrival, everyone was pleasantly surprised and impressed by just how comfortable and inviting the home was, the perfect place to relax with family & friends.
