Additional parking can be found directly in front of the house on the opposite side of the street, parking with the flow of traffic. Guests can use the ParkMobile app to pay for parking. If the parking pass is not returned upon check-out, you will be charged a $300 replacement fee. Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Except quiet. The apartment is the bottom floor of the owner’s house. They get up very early and the foot noise was loud. The rest of the day was fine because we were awake. I would give this property 5 stars BUT my only complaint is the noise from upstairs. We could hear people walking and talking early in the mornings and late at night. Thank goodness they have a noise machine in the rooms but it still woke me up :(. Otherwise, a nice stay in a great neighborhood. ##### Janine T.
