Just 900 square feet, the cozy ambiance and rustic décor make time stand still. Walk to charming, downtown Fayetteville. We are located only a few blocks away. Morning and evening walks are a must! The Space: BEDROOMS \- One queen bed downstairs \- Two twin beds upstairs in the loft \* The loft can be very cold in winter & very hot in summer. \* Loft beds do not have privacy from each other. \- All beds have cozy beds w/plush linens and pillows BATHROOM \- Compact bathroom \- Walk-in shower + single vanity KITCHEN | DINING \- Fully stocked kitchen \- Full size fridge/freezer + stove/oven \- Keurig coffee maker + Cups + sweeteners + creamer OUTDOOR | ENTERTAINMENT \- WiFi is provided \- Space to work remotely \- Outdoor fire pit \- Wood is not provided. Ask about our Firewood Package for $35! \- Screened back porch w/hanging swing & 2 chairs \- Covered car port HOME TRUTHS \- Loft can be very hot/cold depending on the weather. \- Loft beds do not have privacy from each other. \- Potential for train noise! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Getting Around: If you’re up for an adventure, Round Top is just 15 minutes away to enjoy local dining and sightseeing. You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTIE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, aren't available in this rural area. Other Things to Note: \*Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement. \*For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, back of the house, carport, and fire-pit area. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered. \* When you stay with HOSTIE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $3000 with the added fee of $59 in your total.
