Les gens au service sont impeccables. L'hôtel est propre. Cependant, les installations sont très vieilles et usées, particulièrement la salle de bain. La chambre est tellement humide qu'on avait l'impression que les draps étaient mouillés. Au matin, il y avait de la buée dans mes lunettes. Des clients hurlaient dans le corridor.

Worst place ever. I’ve try to call expedia for a refund because I ask to quit when i saw the room and she says she can’t do nothing unless call expedia. No answer at Expedia!! She offer (lol) a room with 2 king bed for 30$ more !!! Horrible! Lound music all night, police officer at 3 am for we dont know what. When I check out, i’v talk to a lady who was leaving et she was upset about the place and they do nothing! Red roof no more! Expedia, you have a part of blame! Impossible to call someone and get a refund. I lost my money. My car was a better place.

Bien pour une nuit mais petit-déjeuner très maigre
Chambre spacieuse et propre. Hôtel situé dans une rue en cul-de-sac; donc calme. Mais l'environnement est n'est pas très attrayant (pas de commerce à proximité, garage auto non loin). La piscine était fermée lors de notre séjour. Quant au petit-déjeuner, il est plus que sommaire, réduit à sa plus simple expression. Autant déjeuner en ville. Le seul personnel disponible le matin était un monsieur qui nettoyait la piscine, puis venait ravitailler le petit-déjeuner avant de s'occuper de la réception.

the wash rags was not fully clean, they had a yellow stain, the bed sheets had many nasty brown & red stains on them, there was hair on the toilet seat, & we didnt bother touching the shower (stayed for jus 1 night)

Check into my room and found dirty bathroom, ants and roaches, leaking refrigerator, lack of towels, trash on the floor and left over trash in the can in my room. I went back to the lobby to switch rooms only to find out the hotel was full and I was stuck with the room I was in. I was so disappointed because in the past I had nothing less than 5 star treatment from Red Roof Inn properties.

Well, I rarely write negative reviews but the truth needs to be told. Horrible dingy place. We thought 4 story building away from I-95 but … Smelled like in Amsterdam, shady characters, keys didn’t work, fire alarm was beeping, loud music till 1-2 am (my wife said don’t call and complain, the reception guy won’t do anything). 4 police cars in the morning..Stay away from Fayetteville NC

I checked in the hotel around 11p. However I did not go up to the room at that time because I was trying to be somewhere else by a certain time. I only got the room for the night to sleep and not drive home (an hour and 45 minutes away), drunk. When my friend and I got back to the hotel we went up to the room for the first time. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. The room was cold because the window had been left open, and we could not get the heat to turn on. So we go back downstairs and let the person at the front desk at the time know. She said she had to check the room herself before she could do anything. She came back 10-15 minutes later and stated she couldn’t do anything because she got the heat working. She also stated it was MY fault because I didn’t go up to the room when I checked in. I let her know it didn’t matter what time I checked in, the window should not have been open when I got there and the room should not have been cold! She tried to argue back and forth with me. I took the keys back from her and told her to have a good night a couple of times while she was trying to argue with me. We went up to the cold room and waited for it to warm. The next morning the room was warm but the bathroom was cold (not sure if the heat was working in there. We then headed out to leave to find the hallway smelling now like marijuana. The cleaning staff were friendly. But the experience of the room and the staff was terrible. I doubt I stay at a red roof again.

Roaches everywhere. Nightclub next door loud music till 3am. Asked to have room changed to other side so i would not hear the music so much around 11pm, staff said they are full and no room available but they had a room on first floor cause i walked my dog at 10pm can see the room was not filled same room empty in morning so staff just doesnt care. Place is just awful, just terrible.

Entered Hotel and was greeted with a bad smell in the Lobby. A large bug was crawling around the floor and it was just dirty everywhere. Our room was just as bad if not worse. There where stains in the sheets bedding toilet was dirty and it smelled of mold. They would also not refund our stay as we decided to leave and booked somewhere else.

Checked in over the holidays. Saw roaches in the bathroom. The staff checked me into another room where they said it was just cleaned but had socks from the last guest and bugs along the window. I booked for 2 days but only stayed that night because I was tired from driving.

I am usually pleased with Red Roof Inns, but this one exemplified the deterioration of standards in the hospitality business overall. Rust permeated the towel rack; the toilet was semi-inoperative (the lid had to be raised and the flapper unstuck); noise and loud music could be heard all night on the floors below me without any seeming attempt to stop it from the staff; small roaches and other strange insects shared my room; and the internet was slow and sporadic at best. I had an early morning checkout due to my flight and had requested a wake-up call which never came (there were no alarm clocks in the room). At checkout, I had requested an emailed receipt, which after a week has still not arrived - presumably because the desk clerk on duty was too busy talking to a friend and immediately disregarded my request.

They had roaches and water bugs in the room and told me they had a pest problem but don’t tell guest unless they appear. Claim I could not get a refund but nothing that was signed had anything that said the first 20 minutes you are there you are stuck.

My wife and I stopped here after a long day of driving with the hopes of a comfortable bed and breakfast before hitting the road again in the morning. The hotel was noisy, with lots of questionable people coming and going when we arrived. Room and beds was just adequate. They really should not say they include breakfast as there was horrible. No coffee ready, no mil or cream, just powder a a few sweetners, few pieces of bread and a toaster but no butter or jams and One banana . Definitely not worth stopping

They went in my room stole my money while I was out having breakfast, the manager viewed the video saw who went in my room and claimed that the person don’t work there but , they had keys to the room they’re all thieves at this hotel …….
