Frisco Stay is the ultimate resting spot for the adventurous traveler - located just STEPS from the Frisco Trail, across the street from the Mill District (home to some of Fayetteville's favorite restaurants), and only half a mile from the downtown entertainment district and the University of Arkansas Campus. This modern apartment can accommodate 4 guests with 1 bedroom + a Queen pullout sofa, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a spacious, open concept living room.

★ STEPS from the Frisco Trail - explore Fayetteville via the Razorback Greenway bike and walking trail system!  
★ Across the street from the Mill District - home to Woodstone Pizza, Arasagas at the Mill District, Central BBQ & other yummy food trucks!   
★ 0.5 mile from Fayetteville's downtown entertainment district.  
★ 0.5 mile from The University of Arkansas and athletic facilities.  
★ Spacious living room with Smart TV + pullout sofa for extra sleeping space.  
★ Fully stocked kitchen.  
★ Washer and dryer available for guest use.  
★ Free parking.  
  
Step into our cozy home away from home in the heart of SoFay (South Fayetteville)! Our large living area features plush seating, a desk, and a 55-inch Smart TV. When you're not indulging in Fayetteville's awesome food scene, you'll be able to whip up your favorite dishes in our fully stocked kitchen with dining space for 4\. Through our living room there is also a small patio with seating to enjoy the fresh air.  
  
When it is time to turn in for the night choose between our 2 beds:  
(1) The primary suite features a Queen bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom. Please note that there is a gap between the vaulted ceiling and the top of the bedroom wall where it connects to the living room.  
(2) There is a Queen-size pull-out couch in the living room.

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

#### A great base for Exploring!

We booked the apartment as a base for hiking and exploring surrounding state parks. Had a blast at Devil’s Den and the JB Hunt Disc Golf course. The apartment has loads of space, a good sized closet, comfy bed and sofas, and a kitchen you can cook in. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and easy access by car to Fayetteville. The management was only a text away when we had questions, and the apartment had most everything we needed. Uploading a photo as part of booking was the only weird part, but I understand why it was needed. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay with space for games, cooking and visiting with a small family. Proximity to downtown Fayetteville and all the running and biking trails is excellent! Looking forward to staying here again when we visit our daughter and her husband in Fayetteville! Thank you!
