Welcome to our fabulous single-story home in highly desirable East Fayetteville. We have the best schools, safety, walk-to parks and bike-path greenway, and fabulous, friendly neighbors! Fayetteville is the University town of NW Arkansas and has outstanding restaurants and culture. We absolutely love it here, but I work remotely--so we travel a lot, and we'd love to have you all stay in our home.

Our home has a split floor plan so the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house making the layout ideal for multiple guests or someone needing a home office. Master has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, with a modern en suite bath with a large shower and soaker tub. A full walk-in closet will be yours. Full laundry room with sink and new XL steam appliances just off the master. The 2nd bedroom has king bed (or I can break it down to a twin or even two if you'd rather), and there is a twin in the third bedroom--and a desk, printer stand, and office chair. An open floor plan with vaulted ceilings gives our home a spacious feel. Toys, books, train table, and bath toys if youve got kiddos! Two sitting areas, a sectional in the family TV room, and another large living room. Fun and eclectic decor! Enormous dining table with two leaves and 10 extra chairs for entertaining!  
  
Full chef's kitchen with new resin countertops, stainless appliances, and a myriad of tools. Come host an event gala for your friends!  
  
30' foot screened porch runs across the back of the house with a large fenced yard for your pup, with 2 lockable pet doors so your fur-babe can go in and out.  
  
Enormous 9-foot fixed silver movie screen and projector with fold-out futon sofa for a movie night out on the screened patio!  
  
Home gym flex room with Ironman elliptical, weights, weights, and Bosu ball.  
  
I will cover lawn maintenance, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and lightning-fast fiber-optic wifi internet. You will need to cover the gas/electricity at cost.  
  
I will need an extra pet deposit if you are bringing fur-family. Our pet is a part of our hearts, and I don't want to have our home be "no pets." But this is our home (not just some rented house) and I hope you will treat it like your own! If you need to break up the deposits into monthly payments, we can make that work. The pet deposit is refundable, less $200 for carpet cleaning.
