The location was good, felt safe. The owner responded every time i sent a message promptly except for when we discovered the shower didn't work in the front bathroom. I texted him asking could he come fix it and he never responded thats not good business. As far as cleanliness, it definitely needs a cleaning. Fayetteville is a rough town and I know this neighborhood and it’s in a seedy part. You can tell at one point the door was kicked in or something. Also the couch had food crumbs all over it when we first got there, and when we went to take the trash out before leaving, we found condom wrappers inside the bare trashcan. Also there was trash inside the trashcan in the living room bathroom, we never used that bathroom but after we found the condom wrappers we went all over to see what else wasn’t cleaned properly. If the place was cleaned properly I would give it a four but unfortunately it was not. ##### Justin H. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen near the back door. We did spray. The place was nicely decorated as it shows online and it was a comfortable stay for the price. I would suggest that thorough cleaning and inspection of place be done before next tenant. Oh and i understand most places tend to control the air but keep in mind this is a townhouse and heat rises.
