With 2 queen beds in the cozy bedrooms and a living room with an additional twin bed and sofa bed, this property is perfect for a small group looking for a fabulous stay. Convenient to Fayetteville or Elkins located east of Baldwin on the middle fork of the White River. Country feels w town amenities. This was an original Fay Jones house that burned down years ago and we did not want anything permanent on the site. I’d rather not leave a bad review but I’m having a difficult time getting the host’s attention. Maybe this will help. We arrived late (10pm) to settle into the tiny home only to realize there was a lock and chain around the access gate. We were given a “gate code,” but after 30 minutes of attempting to open the lock, calling (only to be sent to a full voicemail box), and texting the host, we gave up. Given that it was graduation weekend at the University of Arkansas, rooms were difficult to come by at such a late date/time. We wound up booking two rooms at the local Super8 and paying a premium for it. I absolutely cannot recommend this property, or any other that this host may have listed.
