A newly converted stable situated in a 180-acre wilding project in the Kent Downs. All on the Ground Floor:

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Induction Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine  
  
Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed  
  
Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Air source heat pump central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. External utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site). Patio area with handmade garden furniture leading on to wildflower meadows. Outdoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 10m x 5m, depth 0.8m x 2m, April-October). Private parking for 1 cars. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds.. Nestled in the tranquil village of Stalisfield, Linnet offers a secluded retreat amidst the picturesque landscapes of the Kent Downs. This newly converted one-bedroom holiday let is a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful getaway.  
  
There is a hallway, with coat/shoe storage, leads onto a large, tastefully furnished living area where you can unwind after a day of exploration. The well-equipped kitchen contains all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals sourced from local markets. The bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with hotel standard mattress, a down/feather duvet (hypoallergenic available on request) and natural linen/cotton bedding, promising a restful night’s sleep. A modern bathroom adds convenience, offering a rejuvenating shower experience to start your day refreshed. Outside, Linnet is surrounded by the natural beauty of Woodsell, a 180-acre wilding and regeneration project for you to explore along with a heated outdoor pool (summer months only).  
  
Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Woodsell is situated inbetween two Kent Wildlife Trust sites making up a larger Wildlife Corridor. Linnet makes a great base for rambling, nature spotting and photography, or simply unwinding amidst the scenic woodlands. The ethos of Woodsell extends beyond its accommodations, with several regeneration and wilding projects and social engagement under the management of a charitable trust. Beyond the retreat, the village of Stalisfield and nearby Faversham offer a glimpse into Kent’s rich heritage and culinary delights. Explore local pubs serving traditional fare and sample artisanal products from nearby farms and orchards.  
  
Faversham, known for its historic charm and vibrant markets, invites visitors to wander its cobbled streets lined with centuries-old buildings and discover hidden gems like the Fleur de Lis Heritage Centre.
