Once a rural friend, today the house has been cleverly renovated to welcome guests in bright and harmonious environments. The entrance leads to a large open space embellished with stone vaults, which houses the kitchen and the living area, a space designed for conviviality and relaxation. An open mezzanine, harmoniously integrated with the living area, houses a double bed and is ideal for accommodating children or young adults. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, furnished with taste and attention to detail, to ensure comfort and privacy for each guest. The kitchen leads to an outdoor veranda with folding glass doors, which dissolves the border between interior and exterior and opens onto the pool and the quiet of the surrounding countryside, creating a perfect space for moments to share, from breakfast to dinners at sunset. Outside, a well-kept garden and a charming avenue scented with aromatic plants, olive trees and fruit trees lead to the 40 sqm pool with solarium. The location is ideal for exploring the territory: in a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Savelletri, the rocky coves and the sandy shores of the Adriatic coast. Fasano, with its historic center, is a short distance away, as is Ostuni, the famous White City , Monopoli, Locorotondo and the most fascinating villages in the Itria Valley. Between historic farms, food and wine tours and timeless landscapes, Lamia Porta Rossa is the perfect starting point to discover the authentic soul of Puglia. For security reasons, the structure has surveillance cameras, in the outdoor areas, to protect the owners and the guests themselves. Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks. The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00 .
