Property Summary  
This beautiful house, "Sol e Mar", surrounded by meadows and fields, was built in 2018. Located in the hamlet of Alcaria Cova, near the town of Estói, it boasts a private 16,000 square meter fenced property with a terraced garden and an angular swimming pool (8x4 meters, depth 115-185 cm, available year-round). The vacation rental also features a yard, internet WiFi, and parking on the premises.

Immerse yourself in the serene countryside setting, with the property's terraced garden adorned with trees and a seasonal angular swimming pool (8x4 meters, depth 115-185 cm) equipped with an internal staircase. The expansive 16,000 square meter fenced property offers ample space for outdoor activities and relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups. Access to the property is through a 650-meter-long narrow motor access road. Amenities in the vicinity include a shop 1.4 km away, a supermarket 9 km away, and a restaurant 1.5 km away. An indoor swimming pool is located 9 km from the property.

The property is conveniently located 4 km from the center of Estói, 9 km from the center of São Brás de Alportel, and 12 km from the center of Olhão. You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans 145 square meters and features bright, modern furnishings. The living/dining room includes an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system, with an exit leading out to the terrace. One of the rooms is equipped with a french bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and a double hand-basin, also providing access to the terrace. Another room has two beds (100 cm wide, 200 cm long), a bath/WC, and a double hand-basin, with an exit leading to the garden. The third room contains two beds (100 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and an exit to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Enjoy the convenience of electric heating and air-conditioning, although heating is not available in all rooms. Step outside to the terrace, where you can relax on the terrace furniture, fire up the barbecue, and lounge on the deck chairs (6 available). Additionally, there is a box-room for storage. The property boasts a beautiful panoramic view. Practical facilities such as a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer are provided for your convenience.
