This apartment features a bedroom on the top floor with a double bed and a private bathroom.   
  
On the lower floor a sofa bed in the living room.   
  
A recent construction and furnished to taste, to provide you with a unique experience of clarity and rest.   
  
Although located in the city centre and in a festive area at night, the isolation of this property allows it not to be bothersome.   
  
It has an outdoor common area and dining table, where you can enjoy al fresco dinning or an afternoon drink.

All digital check in made things easy. Comfortable and private stay. Easily walkable to downtown and all of the sights. Good shower.

The property was decent and as advertised. It was in a great location with easy access to everything. We arrived during a huge, flooding rain and windstorm and had no place to shelter while waiting for check in. We asked days before if we could check in early and were told someone would meet us. We’re not sure why this wasn’t communicated. Thank goodness for the very kind cleaner who let us shelter inside when we arrived. The washing machine was great, but the dryer never dried our clothes at all. The bed was VERY hard. The rest of the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped. We cooked in the kitchen and enjoyed the courtyard when the weather improved.
