His English was excellent. We were able to store our bags in a safe location while we waited for an early checkin. The Historic region of Faro was a short walk away with shops, restaurants, historical buildings to visit. The room was small but updated with a comfortable bed. The community kitchen allows us to store and prepare food. Ave 41 was great. Very modern, good rooms, clean. I had a balcony but a view of the back of other properties so nothing wow but the roof terrace is perfect for sunbathing and views.
