This studio apartment is very close to a bevy of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is a very walkable location. Our recommendations include Marge’s for breakfast and 46 North for dinner. Parking is easy at the garage just down the street. We only used our car to go elsewhere in Fargo and for day trips to Grand Forks and Valley City. Be sure to check out the alley between Roberts and Broadway. We found a great little bookstore there by chance. Although we did not eat at the restaurant in the building, go to the basement and check out the “apartment storage”…you’ll understand when you get there (weekend nights only). The apartment is as advertised. This place was really cute and had such a unique character from being in an old historic building. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - we could walk to tons of great restaurants and shops right nearby, which made it so convenient for exploring the area. The kitchen had nice dishes and everything we needed for our stay. It was clear the hosts made sure guests would have what they need. Our dog loved it here too, which was a nice bonus since it can be hard to find good pet-friendly places. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. It seemed to be a problem for other building tenants as well, so we were glad to be able to reach the owner . Space was clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and Speakeasy property in the building. Parking garage nearby was free on weekends. Coffee provided but if you need creamers, sugar or ice - better bring your own. Visit the Hjemkomst Museum in Moorehead which is a short drive away.
