The Authentic Jamaican Experience

This newly re-furnished, two-bedroom bungalow is in the exclusive gated-community of Stonebrook Vista - New Falmouth. The property provides an opportunity to experience the authentic Jamaica' in a friendly community. It is fitted with a variety of modern appliances and Wifi access for you to keep in touch with your friends and family or business (if you must!!). The cool breezes from the Caribbean sea ensures a comfortable and relaxing stay day and night. The landscaped garden provides the perfect setting for “al fresco dining” it is close to the following places;

 Trelawny multi-purpose stadium (to be renamed the Usain Bolt Sports Academy)– Venue for the annual Jazz & Blues festival in January

Property is located in a safe area. Easily found. Kitchen amenities needs a bit of improvement but useable. No cable, internet/wifi but maybe due to the effects of huricane beryl. Overall, I would stay there again

I loved everything about my stay, my husband and I celebrated our honeymoon in his native town of Falmouth. The property was beyond beautiful the house was very clean and comfortable. Mr. Smith was a phone call away if we had any issues or questions. We most definitely will stay here again on our next visit.

Fantastic place to stay!

This house has everything needed for a home away from home experience. We were a party of six and the house was very comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings in the back yard and on the front verandah. Thank you so much for everything I will definitely recommend this property to my family and friends.

Lovely home

This is the 2nd time we have stayed for an extended period at Carl’s property. The house is lovely, clean, functional. The yard is gorgeous. We feel very safe in the quiet, gated community. Falmouth is very convenient for day trips around the island. Burwood beach and several other beaches are very close. We will definitely come again if we can ! :) Having a car was very helpful as the scheme is out of town. Thanks again for sharing your home with us.

I enjoyed my stay, it was awesome!

The bungalow was very clean, well kept and homely. It’s a quiet and peaceful there. A beautiful and safe neighborhood. The garden is has beautiful flowers and I find the backyard very relaxing. It is comfortable, as you walk in you’ll right at home. Everyone was polite. I will definitely stay there for my next vacation! Thanks Carl and Mr. Smith!

The house was beautiful the renters however were nasty.

The house was beautiful although a bit dusty where u can tell it hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while. But that was an easy fix not much off the issue. The guy who met us at the house however was extremely rude. I’m assuming it was the owners father. We paid for an extra day unknowingly they refused to compensate which was fine. As it was a mistake on our end. But given the fact we had paid for an extra day we were still RUSHED out at 12pm when we still had the following day. And our flight left at 6pm. We did last minute errands before take off the guy entered the home with children (oldest being a 17 year old female) yelling at her and being extremely nasty. Theee was no reason to confront kids. Scaring them to death. And if that wasn’t bad enough he showed up two days early trying to put us out because he mixed up his days. I had to pull out confirmation proving that we paid in order to get him to leave. Which he didn’t do immediately he still sat and complained while making phone calls to who I assume was his son. It sucks because the house was great and I actually planned rebooking for next visit but with the rudeness that would never happen. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with horrible service this is the place to stay.

Great place to stay.

We found the house very easy of the excellent directions we got from the owner. The house was in a gated community with 24 hour security guard. The house had security fence, gates, doors and windows. There was a driveway for the car behind security. You felt very safe. It had a lovely garden, where we watched butterflies amongst all the flowers. It was very quiet day and night. We appreciated all the channels on the television and the wifi. It was clean. I also was pleased with the returned damage deposit. The property manager was very helpful. I certainly would recommend this place and would stay there again. Laila, Canada
