He was so professional & accommodating. He ensured we were taken care of and checked in on us often. We had the most amazing time with our butler Andres who was also amazing and such a fun time! If you’re staying in this resort I highly recommend upgrading to Privilege it’s worth the money! "

"LOVEDD our stay! It was a group of 8 and we had 3 great rooms. Special shout out to staff members: micheal, leoneil, ojay, dennis at the front desk, andre, and tajay! Food was good like 8.5/10 but only wish there were more night life things to do but overall great! I will probably be back "
