This beautiful home is located in the quiet and peaceful Wyoming County, a must see for those who desire the feel of a home on a river or lake getaway with all of the comforts of a luxury home. The house features a single 2nd floor level , huge fully equipped kitchen, and a gigantic open porch overlooking the beautiful Susquehanna River-perfect for large groups. The home also features a garage and open hallway beneath the home, a charcoal grill "Rotisserie Brazilian Style", gas grill. A master suite with a king bed, a guest room with a queen bed, another guest room with 2 full beds, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds for the kids. Sleeps 10 to 12 in beds split between 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full size and 2 bunk beds. A contemporary decorated living room with a set of couches where you can sit to contemplate the spectacular Susquehanna river view, a 46in flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi available. The home was completely remodeled, there are two modern remodeled bathrooms one in the Master suite giving perfect privacy for couples ; the second bathroom is a guest bathroom with a bathtub. Great for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just relaxing! This is the ultimate Endless Mountains getaway. With the Susquehanna River right out the front door, you have a private boat launch from driveway. Panoramic view of the Susquehanna River from all parts of the property. Front porch overlooking the river. Modern grill furnished with propane for all your grilling needs. Interior Amenities include: Coffee machine, toaster, 5 gallon water dispenser with hot and cold water, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and a big refrigerator. Riverfront access with private boat launch, public parks, basketball courts, restaurant/bar, deli and gas station all within a two minute walk! Access to kayaks, paddle boards, rafts, fishing equipment and grill. Home has Forced Air Conditioning and Heating and one of the most beautiful porch overlooking the river. FULL ACCESS Including: Free wifi and a 46" HDTV and all the comforts of home. All portions of the lot including off street parking, for 4 cars, patio beneath dwelling riverfront access from dwelling. Additional nearby park with grills picnic tables, basketball court, jungle gym, small zip line and covered picnic tables. Access to kayaks, paddle boards, rafts, fishing equipment and grill. Home has a beautiful porch overlooking the river. We also have aligned ourselves with Al's Susquehanna Guide Service the absolute best river guide in the area! I have personally fished with him 10+ times and regularly catch 20 to 30 fish each trip. If you like we can help you arrange a booking with him or mention we recommended him for additional savings! Book asap as his spring summer schedule gets booked quickly! Other things to note Property details: The house is located in a rural area with no public utilities. The water is serviced by a drilled well. Some of the best fishing in Pennsylvania and the Northeast is in the Susquehanna River. Musky, walleye, Bass and catfish are a few of many fish caught from the shores and around the river. Boats can be launched from the private driveway of property.
