We maintain it lovingly, but it's not a brand-new hotel. WHAT THAT MEANS: • This is a vintage luxury estate, not a modern McMansion—expect character, not perfection • Pool heat: 75°F is standard (many guests love this). Warmer temps require advance planning + fees • Rural living: You'll see occasional bugs (earwigs, ants), wildlife (coyotes, gophers). We have regular pest service • Weather: Fallbrook is mild year-round (60s-80s). Winter pool at 75°F is perfect for many—plan ahead if you need warmer • Events: We love weddings and celebrations, but limit to 60 guests / 12 cars due to parking and fire safety • Noise monitoring: We have outdoor sensors to protect neighbors. If this is not agreeable, the booking is void, the organizing guest must cancel immediately and notify the host. GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS: While we strive to keep our home and its amenities fully functioning, there may be occasional defects, missing appliances or ongoing repairs. We do our best to notify guests before their stay, and advise guests that by default we will not issue refunds for temporarily unavailable amenities. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Fallbrook property! The house was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. With 4 bedrooms, there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax.The highlight for us was definitely the large swimming pool. My kids absolutely loved it and spent hours splashing around. The property itself is gorgeous, with plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like our own private retreat.The location was quiet and serene, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our trip. The huge pool and spa was perfect for all of us to enjoy. We utilized the huge kitchen and the outdoor BBQ for all our meals (we have some great chefs in the family). Is the golf team we came to California to compete in practice. Because we were Minnesota team the weather was going to be far better than what we’ve experienced in Minnesota. Plus, we knew the course that we were seeking to spend the majority of our time in Temecula. We loved having a bed for everyone and a place to relax as well as the large kitchen to do many meals of cooking in morning breakfast. They clean space with a lot of window windows and an amazing view. Sadly, we didn’t get to enjoy the sowing pool due to cool weather in rain. ##### Trent A. Our dad passed away in March so we wanted a special 80th birthday for our mom surrounded by a small group of family and friends. The residence is absolutely as stunning as the pictures and description on VRBO. All a comodations were perfect and comfortable. Our guests were amazed at the gorgeous views. We would definitely highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, scenic place to celebrate a special event or just relax. To say that communication with Aaron was easy and expedited would be an understatement. Aaron was so fast in replying that I was utterly shocked. He was an absolute professional. He had the assistance of a couple named Jason and Debbie who together were a perfect team to deal with. In regards to the house, it was our home base as we celebrated our family reunion. There were a few quirks, but nothing worth noting and most importantly all issues were resolved by having a very quick and pleasant line of communication with the host. We had an amazing time. The home is just as described in the listing. We spent mornings watching the sunrise over the hills and vineyards and spent some time lounging around the pool. Each bed was very comfortable and it was nice having four bathrooms for all of us ladies. The over stuffed bean bags came in handy for hanging in the living room. We utilized most ameneties, including the heated spa, indoor sound system and state of the art tv to project some games on. The large wine fridge was perfect for all our purchases! Aaron was very responsive as a host and even provided some local places to check out. We would absolutely stay again. It was a perfect weekend. ##### Stefanie B. Four bedrooms gave each family their own private space while the enormous kitchen, dining and family rooms were perfect gathering together. Our afternoons were spent enjoying the pool and sunshine. Outside were several vignettes, for reading, small get togethers or lunch with a view. Our time was just fantastic and much of it due to the house and property itself. Only 10 minutes from the wedding venue, Grand Tradition Estate and Gardens. Views are incredible and make for beautiful getting ready photos. One suggestion if using a shuttle to transport wedding party, the home is at the end of a long downhill road. It is possible to turn a large shuttle around but I know the shuttle company would appreciate that information ahead of time. Highly recommend! ##### Gary and Robin H.
