The house is very large and beautiful. Up on a hill with beautiful views and scenery. There were 6 of us, for one week. It easily accommodating us. The host in the beginning and throughout the trip was very quick in responding and her needs as an host and expectations of the restrictions of the renters She was helpful in recommendation a few places to visit. The host provided alot of stuff- books, board and video games, beach stuff for the kids of all ages, a fruit picker. Variety of appliances, cooking and baking tools, spices and oils. Felt very welcoming, was pleased and surprised. I had brought my own, in case. One con was no working ice maker- had one ice tray, so we went to buy more trays to use during our visit. We like ice in our drinks and Yeti/Stanleys .The bedrooms were large- had hangers and laundry basket in each room. TV in every bedroom. The King Suite was large and had so much room a makeup vanity, storage, double sink vanity, a lighted Walk in closet. The king bed was so comfortable , but a bit high. I'm 5'4" and grabbed my granddaughter stepstool from the car, to get up into the bed. There is a lot of parking available, few horizontal spots but basically on a incline. The road is paved but a bit bumpy and uneven in spots. The front and back patio were very roomy and had a lot of seating variations.

Long weekend getaway family wedding

We used Fallbrook as our central location for a family wedding in Fallbrook on the weekend. Very easy to get to Oceanside, Vista, and Carlsbad for beach week activities and wedding activities. Our family of 7 was able to easily relax and use this house as the central location. The house was clean and well equipped with all we could need. The owners were very responsive and ready to help if needed (we didn’t need anything though) - very communicative. We were able to locate everything we needed in the house, well equipped kitchen to cook meals at the house. The views from the living room, kitchen spaces and patio were stunning. Definitely a focal point for our family. We enjoyed dinner out on the patio in the setting sun, we found it all very peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful Home and Views

This was a great place to stay for our family California vacation. It was centrally located, as we spent time in San Diego and Anaheim. The beds were super comfy and the house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with dishware, pots, pans, utensils, and a few spices. We were able to make our meals with ease during our stay. We were able to enjoy watching TV in each room, picking oranges from the trees on the property, and use of beach chairs and umbrella for our beach day.The host communicated all of the necessary information about staying in the home and the check in/out procedures. She was also always available and attentive when we messaged her. We cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was at this home.

Absolutely Perfect House for Family Vacation

The house was really well stocked with cooking utensils, pans etc, even spices. This was really important as we like to have some meals at home on vacation. The location was great and convenient to both San Diego and L.A. which made for lots of fun outings. The beds were really comfortable, the views were incredible, and the place was spotless. Would love to stay here again when we can make it back to the area.

Detailed instructions were helpful. I would suggest more kitchen cooking pans like non stick larger skillets and 2quart saucepans etc. lovely welcome gift!! Nice touch. Master needs more towels of all sizes. We understand the need for exterior cameras but was not a comfortable feeling to be watched and therefore we didn’t use exterior space. Maybe turn off cameras while guests are present. Use for security only. Thank you and I hope are comments are helpful.

Beautiful Home

This home not only has a spectacular view out the back but was very clean. Kitchen pantry was stocked with everything we needed. Shar, at the Management Co. was great with her communication and speedily answered any questions we had. We were there for a wedding at Los Willows and it was close and convenient. I would definitely recommend this property.

Temecula wine tour

This was an easy drive from Temecula. Especially in the evening when the traffic jams are going north. You are speeding along south to the exit and a pleasant drive up the hill. The home had all amenities we needed for our evening meal and visit. Beautiful vista views. Home was squeaky clean. Instant communication with owner. No issues at all. Thank you

Dragon Point Villa Wedding

Our youngest daughter, Becky, was married on 8/5 at Dragon Point Villa. The venue was perfect and so was our stay at Shar’s home. A perfect location for that wedding venue!

Shar was very easy to communicate with and gave very clear instructions on how to use everything. The home was stocked with anything that you would need. The website was very accurate in the property descriptions etc. It was just what we were expecting and it worked great for our group! Would highly recommend!
