It was like camping, but with a comfortable warm bed and without all the hassle of setup and tear-down. We stayed at Crown View, one of the domes. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised with how tidy everything was at the site. An added surprise of an outdoor sink with soap and a sponge to wash up at the site was cool. I loved the hidden campfire location tucked in the rocks with two Adirondack chairs to relax in. The interior of the dome was nice and toasty when we arrived, it was high 80’s outside, so we didn’t hesitate to run the A/C for a few minutes to get the heat out. After that, we were very comfortable. A nice camp stove with propane, some kitchen equipment, and bbq equipment are provided if needed. A backup power supply is onsite that we used to charge our phones. It also ran the cute lights in the dome. The restroom is a very short walk away from the site. We brought plastic trash bags, firewood, ice chest with ice & food, a few of our own pots and pans, disposable plates, clothes, battery operated lantern, an extra blanket and we were well covered with everything we needed. We could have definitely packed lighter and survived. We loved the little wood burning stove in the dome. It worked great!
