Nestled on your own fenced in 8,000 sq. ft. spacious lot with a private, gated entrance sits the Comfy+Cozy Camper surrounded by avocado and orange trees. 30 mins to Temecula Wineries and the Oceanside Pier. —————————————————— Tucked off the road, you’ll enter through a charming white ranch fence. Enjoy the privacy of keeping your area secluded. Family, friends, romantic or solo you’ll enjoy this space; picnic table, outdoor grill, cornhole game and a fire pit; perfect for roasting s’mores or enjoying a drink. Children have space to run & play; using their imagination, climbing trees or using the provided walkie talkies or giant UNO game -- all in the freedom of your 8,000 sq. ft. space! Inside, you won’t believe you’re in a camper. Renovated in 2019 this Comfy+Cozy Camper is exactly that. The sleeping areas have blackout blinds as well as the kitchen window. Cozy up in the queen bed on a 3” mattress topper next to double sconces; perfect for a night read, or cuddle up and watch some TV. The bunkroom has its own door for privacy, separate sitting area with table, sleeps 3 with a 200lb max weight limit for both top bunks. Inside the bunkroom I've provided fun coloring books with colored pencils, books and walki talkies. If you need a pack-n-play, please let me know! We’re close to Bonsall shopping center which has some of our favorite restaurants; Z cafe, Fresco Grill, Peking Wok, Tekila Cocina & Village Pizza. If you head into town there is amazing BBQ and Mexican restaurants! Close to fun trails; Los Jilgueros, Santa Margarita & Monserate Mountain. Or kickback at the local movie theater. All of my recommendations for food+drinks+things to do have been put together in the Comfy+Cozy Welcome Book, which I will send to you upon arrival and a hard copy is placed in property. ——————————————————— We live onsite, but you’ll possibly only see us when we’re exiting our separate driveway. Being onsite I’m available to help when needed & am also a quick phone call away. During summertime we’re open to vineyard tours upon request. —————————————————— Please note the ceiling height inside is 6 ft 4 in. Also, top bunk beds in bunkroom can not exceed 200lbs. Welcoming and friendly! We had a destination wedding to attend in Temecula, CA. We are very happy to have found this Vrbo! The drive to and from the venue was not bad at all. Pictures are spot on. The stay was clean, relaxing, and cozy. The swing set(s) were a hit with our little one, she loved it! The hot tub was also a nice touch to end an evening! This place was so beautiful and had everything you could possibly want. I first had hesitations if there was enough privacy, which there absolutely was. The yard was beautiful and so serene. Perfect amount of privacy and the best setup with the deck and fire-pit. The inside was spacious and the kid room beds could even fit an adult comfortably. Leah was amazing too and so helpful.
