"Was upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment with balcony and view over the river. Large apartment, kitchen adequate, could have done with a few more standard utensils (tin opener, scissors, 2 oven gloves rather than 1). Whole apartment needed some tlc. Tap loose in the en-suite and loose floor tiles. Settee very lumpy too. However, bed was clean and comfortable which was the main thing needed. Towels and toiletries provided along with tea, coffee and milk. Only stayed 1 night and got bargain price so...

"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money."

"Very nice apartment, big and spacious with all modern amenities. TV massive and VERY fast internet. Land lady made check in quick and easy, also was available at any time to give assistance if needed. would recommend to any and all travellers. "

"Spacious, well equipped, clean and within 5 minutes walk of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It worked perfectly for our party of 4 adults. We were prepared for the stairs up to the second floor so considered it as training! We had lots of kit for walking, running and swimming, so shelves/ drawers in the bedrooms wouldn’t have gone amiss and a few hooks for towels/coats would have been useful but there was plenty of floor space for all our stuff. "The communication on whatsapp was top notch. But the place look so much bigger on the pictures. The quality of the beds is the bare minimum. At least everyone slept well, but expectations need to be set when booking this property."

"Brilliant place to stay as a family, very clean and lovely place to stay, location by a private farm in the sticks you’re surrounded by grass, views, water and horses it’s beautiful. Great size accommodation and with modern kitchen and bathroom making staying here great. Located close to mainly areas, Beamish, Newcastle, Durham etc. Can’t recommend this place enough a lovely cozy warm stay."
