Girls trip

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and in a very cute neighborhood. The location was great, you could get anywhere in Asheville in 10-15 . We loved walking to the local coffee shop at the bottom of the neighborhood every morning. We will be back!

Lovely gem

My husband and I have stayed at VRBOs throughout the country. This property was by far our favorite. The house is well appointed and is within close proximity to downtown Asheville and its amazing food scene. Hiking trails are also convenient to the property. We highly recommend.

Awesome weekend getaway!

Myself and a group of 8 other girls stayed at the house for a weekend trip. It was awesome! Plenty of space, clean, and very close to downtown Asheville. We felt very safe the entire time, and management was awesome about allowing us an early check in and making sure we had everything we needed.

Fabulous Farmhouse

Our family of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay at this home! Modern Farmhouse was very cute and very clean and located in what looks to be an area with lots of new (er) construction. The beds were incredibly comfortable! I didn't want to get up and leave the bed to get going each day! The location was great, just a short drive to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. There aren't a ton of dining options near the house, but we did order and pickup pizza and barbecue from nearby restaurants for dinner and it was very good. We enjoyed sitting around the big dining table eating and then playing Uno and catching up with our adult children after a long day spent exploring the beautiful area. There was plenty of starter supplies to get you going...dishwasher packs, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc. Much more here than in a cabin we'd previously stayed in. Communication with property management was excellent. We received a detailed and informative email upon booking and another very informative text the day of arrival. I knew that if we had any issues, I could text management easily, but we never had a problem. Everything was wonderful and I'd highly recommend this vacation home!

Girls Trip to Biltmore

WE loved our stay. We found it much closer to all the things we wanted to do then first thought. The longest drive was over to Westerville. We LOVED the Arboretum. Then of course the Biltmore was amazing. Our biggest complaint would be "water pressure" it was very low. Also it would be nice if the turn off the main road had more lighting, very hard to find at night. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!! We will be back.

This cabin was great! We had a few issues with the air and it cooling the cabin and the initial cleaning when we arrived but the property manager was quick to respond and rectify everything! The cabin itself is awesome and close to everything!

Major difficulty with cleanliness and getting money back

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the house, the house had not been cleaned at all. Mistakes happen, and we notified the property manager, however the first suggestion was that we needed to leave the house for a period of time so that the cleaners could come. We refused to do so, because we had plans and needed to shower. The cleaners came and were very nice and apologetic (it was not their fault). However, initially we were only offered a refund of the cleaning fee. I did not find that to be sufficient, considering ten of us were having to shower around cleaners and bathrooms had not been cleaned and the house was technically not all ours at 4 pm (the time it was supposed to be ours). The property manager brought us a bottle of champagne, and was apologetic, which was appreciated. After asking, the owners of the property approved a full refund of our initial night, which I feel should have been offered in the first place. However, it did take almost a full month and three separate emails to the property manager to get my money refunded to me. The whole experience was very frustrating. Once cleaned, the house was nice and as described. We had a poor experience, but hopefully this was a one off accident.

Perfect for girls getaway

The property feels new and clean. Perfect for our girls trip as the home sleeps many comfortably. The furniture is comfortable and the table sits a big group. The doors swell so we did have a few instances of people needing help getting out of a room- but no big deal. It was perfect for our trip.
