Pet fee is $20/night per pet, to be paid a few days prior to arrival. Variable pricing for longer stays. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a queen bed in one, and a queen/twin combination in the other. Perfect for parents who need child in same room. The full bathroom with shower/tub is located on the main floor, as well as a half-bath on the main floor. \*\*\* Please note: There are train tracks about two blocks away, adjacent to the canal, with trains passing through several times/day. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside please - if an ozone machine is required for next guest due to smoking in the house, a $150 fee will be charged. Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. My kids love the house. It feels like home and the neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. My kids are not bothered at all by the train's sound. They love it. It reminds them when they're little (11 & 14 years old now). We came here maily because my son's swim competition. But it turned out to be as fun as a family travel.
