Summary:
Come enjoy this brand new build with million dollar views of the mosquito range, from the hot tub! Luxury furnishings and plenty of room. Modern floor plan with a gas fireplace. Gather around the dining table, or take it outside to the deck and enjoy the BBQ grill. Main floor master with cozy king size bed. Washer/Dryer. Tons of opportunities nearby for mountain biking, hiking, and fishing and just 22 miles from skiing and restaurants at Breckenridge.

The Space:
A King and 2 Queens with 2 couches and additional kids foam mats for the living room available.

Guest Access:
Please make sure to have good winter tires or chains and preferably 4 wheel or all wheel drive when accessing in the winter. Property is accessed by county maintained/plowed dirt roads that can be a bit bumpy.

My family enjoyed our stay and had a great time! The cabin was clean and spacious for our needs, especially as we had children on this trip! The management was responsive and prompt; they answered my messages in a timely manner. The hot tub was the best amenity, especially with the views! I would recommend this to anyone wanting fresh mountain air and for families!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful and very well kept home! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The hot tub was clean and fit 5 girls comfortably. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly.
