This home is surrounded by mountain and valley scenery. Family reunion memories are made here! Excellent location for golfers adjacent to 18 hole Mountainside & Riverside courses minutes from Mineral Hot Pools. Located in Phase two of Fairmont Ridge, meters from the Fairmont Creek and minutes to the Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, with many hiking trails and spectacular views of Columbia Lake from the Hoodoos. Surrounded by nature's natural beauty and many recreational activities to participate with friends and family. Columbia Lake can be seen from the Mountainside course and the beauty of Canadian Rockies and Purcell mountain range. Mapped Biking and Hiking trails surround Fairmont Hot Springs, with the lakeside town of Invermere close by. Mt Swansea a favorite hiking and biking area overlooks the entire Valley. Experienced hikers have many more choices to explore in the Valley and Panorama Ski/ Bike trails. Recommendations from Parks suggest to bring Bear Spray! A photographers paradise! Our townhome is fully furnished, well equipped two story home, featuring a spacious 2000 sq ft open design, including on main floor, the living room, acorn gas fireplace , dining room , kitchen, washer and dryer facilities and powder room, with a spectacular west facing deck looking to the Purcell mountain range, complete with a new Master Chef BBQ, patio table & umbrella and relaxing chairs to enjoy the sunsets. Two additional decks on upper floor give beautiful views East of the Canadian Rockies and west sunsets over Purcell Range with 3 large bedrooms and two bathrooms plus Jacuzzi. Surrounding us is the Par 3 Creekside course for new golfers and family fun next to Mountainside a 18 hole course. Fairmont Hot Springs community has its own uncontrolled airstrip next to Riverside golf course for those with their own Wings ! If you have your own plane we can accomodate you overnight at our friendly airport. Marj put in so many "thoughtful little extras" it was such a treat to find them, I won't spoil her surprises. The place was so clean, the view was lovely and having the creek close by was a bonus. We had a lot of fun splashing in the warm water and then walking upstream to soak in the hot pools under the waterfall. I would highly recommend booking with Marj - her sign on the frig says it all - "Relax" and that is what we did! ##### Diane B.
