Only reason not rated 5 stars was that itvwas very cold during our stay, it was 55 inside the home when arrived & the Nest thermostat kept turning the heat down & the family room/office were heated by using space heaters. Plenty of blankets/throws were provided, however. Aaron, the owner, was very accommodating however in getting a new space heater sent ASAP and responded promptly to my texts. I would have no qualms staying here again! Close to family in Enon, close to Dayton, Beavercreek and Springfield where were attending functions around a family wedding. Would be a great choice for access to Wright-Patt AFB, including the Air Force Museum as well. The home is very clean, it had all the amenities you would need, including games and plenty of other entertainment options. The owners are incredibly thoughtful and have stocked the home with necessities and things needed in an emergency (sewing kit). It was so comfortable for our family. The intermediary management company sent the wrong door code. Fortunately, the owner was able to resolve the issue within about 10 minutes, although we did have to wait outside in 90-degree heat in the interim. The air conditioning unit also took an inordinate amount of time to cool the property -- about 7 hours. It was set at 80 degrees upon our arrival -- too high , given the weather conditions and the ability of the AC unit to cool the premises. We suggested to the owners that the temperature -- which they can control remotely -- be set at 75 degrees a couple of hours before a guest's arrival so that it can cool adequately in a relatively short time thereafter. One other nit to pick: The lights on the smoke alarms in the bedrooms are motion sensitive, so much so that even turning in bed activated them. When we brought the issue to the owners' attention, the lights were deactivated remotely and caused no further disruptions to sleep. The place was generally quite clean, with the exception of a filthy air vent in the hall ceiling, and worked out well for our group of six. It offered a number of nice amenities, including some children's toys, and would work out well for a small group if the issues mentioned can be remedied. The owners were very responsive, so I am sure they will be on top of this. ##### Dale L.
