Beautiful single story townhouse! Very close to all the shopping centers and restaurants. Very secluded from the noisy town. You can even watch the sunrise and set from our backyard! You can also see the northern lights right from our windows! We are not far from the ski resort and about 45 minute drive to our famous Alaska Chena Hot Springs resort. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. My family enjoyed this spacious home for 9 days, we wanted to spend enough time to ensure seeing the aurora. The location of this property is very close to just about anywhere in Fairbanks. The home had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, sheets soft, lots of pillows & extra blankets. Kitchen was stocked with a few snacks, the fridge icemaker easily kept up with the 4 of us.
