Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen in der Gegend, denn beispielsweise ist die Insel Öland gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin war immer erreichbar und hat all unsere fragen innert kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Als Feriehausneulinge hatten wir mit Frau Beck einen Volltreffern. Jul 15, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Es fühlt sich an wie "nach Hause kommen" Ein superschönes Ferienhaus, top ausgestattet mit allem (wirklich allem) was man in einem Ferienhaus benötigt, sauber, gepflegt und geräumig. Liegt zentral und doch sehr ruhig, grün , mitten im Ort. Der Kaufmann ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der nahe Badesee hat bei unseren Kindern (8 + 9) die höchste Bewertung der Badeseen in der Umgebung bekommen. Von der Vermiterin gab es eine sehr gute Betreuung mit vielen Ausflugtipps in der Umgebung. Dieses Haus können wir weiterempfehlen. ##### Catharina S. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der See, der zu Fuß in 15 Min zu erreichen ist, hatte sauberes Wasser und es war schön ruhig. ##### Helene J. May 23, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Nur zu empfehlen Das Haus ist super gemütlich, gepflegt, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach an Nichts und in der Küche ist von Tee bis Gewürze alles vorhanden. Bei Ankunft war alles in bester Ordnung (Sauberkeit, Betten bezogen). Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort, zentral in einer Sackgasse, zusammen mit drei anderen Häusern in Waldnähe. Es bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, z.B. nach Vimmerby (Astrid Lindgren), Målilla (Elchpark), Kalmar und Öland. Informationsmaterial, Reise- und Sprachführer liegen im Haus. Jan 14, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit Liebe zum Detail in ruhiger Umgebung In diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Häuschen fehlte es quasi an nichts für eine ruhige Ferienwoche im Winter. Wir waren zu zweit und konnten der Hektik des Alltags hier entfliehen und Ruhe finden. Der Ort selbst bietet zwar nicht viel Sehenswertes, jedoch führen gute Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Kalmar, Växjö oder Eksjö. Vieles ist im Winter eben auch leider geschlossen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts!!! Selbst in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man ggf. zu Hause vergessen hat. Jul 24, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wunderschönes Ferienhaus Wir haben die zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus wirklich sehr genossen. Wahrscheinlich haben wir noch nie ein Ferienobjekt gemietet, was a) so sauber, b) so vollständig und c) so liebevoll eingerichtet war! Die Lage am Rand des kleinen Örtchens Fagerhult war zunächst etwas ungewöhnlich, da die anderen Häuser, die wir bisher in Schweden gemietet haben, eher einsam gelegen sind. Nach kurzer Zeit haben wir aber vor allem die Nähe zu dem kleinen Supermarkt (fußläufig erreichbar und an sieben Tagen die Woche geöffnet) sehr zu schätzen gelernt. Mit den tollen Fahrrädern, die kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt werden, konnten wir auch kleinere Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen, zum Beispiel zum Badesee. Obwohl der nächste Badesee zu einem kleinen Campingplatz gehörte, war es dort selbst zur Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen. Ansonsten konnte man Fagerhult als gute Ausgangsbasis für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die nähere und etwas weitere Umgebung nehmen. Und haben dabei besonders das Naturschutzgebiet Norra Kvill, Kalmar und die Astrid-Lindgren-Welt gefallen. Aber auch vermeintlich „kleinere“ Ausflüge waren lohnenswert: Die Minigolf-Anlage in Alstervik und der Glaskünstler Hauge in Aseda sind einen Besuch wert. Alles in allem hatten wir als Familie eine wirklich tolle Zeit in diesem sehr gemütlichen und vollständig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief auch völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. ##### Natascha K. Stayed 14 nights in Jul 2022
