Forfaits vacances – Eyota

Three different rooms - all had old noisy refrigerators. Unplugged from electrical outlet to get to sleep at night. Breakfast is at market rates - not included. Parking at public ramp located next door is also an extra $16 nightly. Enjoyed free transportation to Mayo Clinic for medical appointments. Didn't get to bar but seemed to have a nice happy hour.

I will not be staying at the Kahler again. Sadly the office staff wasn’t welcoming and when I asked multiple questions became short with me. Our room was very warm despite turning down the temperature. When we went to take a shower the water pressure was so hard that it hurt our skin and sprayed throughout the bathroo, the tub did not drain and water was up to my ankles. The bathroom fan isn’t functional so everything in the bathroom was even more wet. No shampoo in the bottle. The refrigerator smelled like something died in it. When I went to check out in the morning there was only one staff member, he was not friendly to the older woman in front of me about her questions. When asked about parking he said he knew nothing about it as it wasn’t their ramp even though it shank Kahler.

Room was awesome! We had the 3 bedroom unit, which had a large and spacious balcony. Plenty of sunlight came through those windows. We couldn’t had had a better room!

I had a great stay! I was in town for a convention. The shuttle was extremely helpful when available. The included breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need except for an ice bucket lol. The lobby/dining area is clean, cute and a nice area to hangout. Spyhouse coffee being connected is a huge bonus. Parking is easy and accessible but not included which they state before booking a room so not complaining. My only “complaint” would be not having 2 shuttles running with them having knowledge of large events going on and signing on with them but not really a big deal.

Soap dispensers cumbersome to use hard to read labels. Stayed on fourth floor had elephants checking out at 4:15 am above me-no way normal people could make that much noise for 45 mins Happened next morning with new check in less obtrusive Will definitely request 5th with no one above. Have stayed several times so this was only this stay. Staff is stellar; Linda and Michelle most helpful
