« I booked this cottage through Expedia and received confirmation that my reservation was confirmed. I travelled around 300 miles from the south of England, while my elderly parents travelled from the north so we could meet there for a family break.

« The property was good, upside down property, set in a lovely harbour town. Locals friendly. Amazing ice cream shop. The attached fish and chip shop was very busy too. Parking was roadside, not guaranteed, opposite the property. We arrived at the end of the Herring Queen Festival, which was packed out. We struggled to even unload, but obviously that wasn't something we knew about prior to booking. After that had finished, parking wasn't really a problem. A few niggles with property but it didn't...

« Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”.
Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”.
Déplorable…. Nous n’y retournerons pas »
