"This house was really special and lovely, the location hard to beat. You could easily get to grocery stores and local places we've loved for years, or trot down to Burlington or Waterbury. The water was rare as it's a silt bottom (rather than rocks), and very shallow. Great for little kids, or if you want to walk far out and watch the sunset. The kayaks were wonderful to use to go along the coast on calm mornings. So grateful we were able to make more memories here!"
"We loved our stay at the jewel!! Everything we needed and more. Waking up to the view and listening to the waves was amazing. The lake was warm and we kayaked and watched the sunset every night. We cooked in each day even though we had plans to eat out. The kitchen, grill, and decks were too hard to leave. We will be back!!"

"My family loves staying at Susan Orr’s wonderful house on Lake Champlain. The house has everything you might need, including a fully stocked kitchen and so many possibilities for entertainment (e.g. kayaks, air hockey, volley ball, games, and more). Perhaps best of all is the incredibly beautiful view of the lake. "

"Perfect little house for our weeklong stay! Had everything we needed. Wanted to stay longer. Access to lake allowed us to enjoy some beautiful sunsets with a glass of wine in hand. Perfect proximity to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. Don and Perky were very welcoming and made the stay that much more enjoyable. We will be back!"
"The cottage was a great size for one couple, and since that's what we were, it was perfect! Jan and Sue were wonderful hosts - available if we needed them and unobtrusive when we didn't. They are right up the hill from the cottage. The only negatives I had were the size of the bath/shower (but it didn't detract from our overall stay in any way) and the walk down to the cabin from the parking area, which wasn't noted anywhere on the listing site. For two people in their 70's, it was a bit difficult to schlep all our belongings in and back out when we left. If ever in the Lake Champlain area, I'd definitely recommend this cabin!"
