### Classic one bed bungalow with views over the town

A peaceful one bedroom bungalow in a sought after residential area of Exmouth only 5 minutes from the seafront by car.  
Ideal for a couple who want to explore Exmouth, East Devon and beyond and want to enjoy the comfort of a home from home. There's room for junior too with a cot bed available on request.  
  
Dine or relax outside on the secluded south facing garden terrace or curl up in front of the TV in the comfortable lounge. An ideal holiday home to take time away from the hustle and bustle.  
  
The space  
There is an entrance lobby that leads onto the lounge, with it's comfortble leather sofa and chair making for a relaxing space to read or watch TV. There is also a dinner table with seating for 4.  
  
The lounge leads to a hallway with acces to the modern shower room, the double bedroom and the kitchen.  
  
IThe well fitted kitchen, with dishwasher and washing machine has a patio door giving access to the garden with it's private patio with bistro table and chairs enabling outside dining.
